Will a 6.2inch double din fit in my 2004 ep3 ? And do you need any special connections ?

Yes it will fit, just done this to mine. Used a fascia bought from amazon (xtrons) a lot of people report ill fitting fascias but the one i got fits lovely, just remember that the stereo is installed from the rear of the dash panel (dash panel needs removing first) then the fascia goes on from the front. Will be putting up info in a build thread shortly.

Fyi i got a pumpkin pure android 7inch unit- double din.

As for connections hopefully your head unit will come with a wiring harness that terminates in a universal ISO plug. You can the just buy an appropriate ISO connection lead for the civic. I got mine for less than a tenner on ebay.

Head unit is bloody great, i upgraded the satnav app to copilot from the installed one. Its got loads of connectivity, plus i can use Spotify (park up outside me house and download offline playlists on wifi or tether my phone) im running the torque app which communicates with the cars OBD via a small Bluetooth dongle so i can have realtime telemetry and diagnostic. Its running android 4.4 which is fine and its quick. Got the reversing camera option as well. Check out the link:
