Are you guys using the latest stable or nightly?
Latest snapshot mate. Don't use the nightly as they can be extremely unstable.

I'm having the biggest dilemma of my life. Can't decide whether to keep the N5 or the OnePlus One. I have to get rid of one. Just don't know which I prefer.

Had a crack at whacking on Cyanogen onto my n10 but I had issues with the drivers bit. Seems now W7 can't install the drivers for it, doesn't matter if I have USB debug checked, nor the MFP bit too.

Anybody else have this issue?

Windows is a complete tawt for getting the drivers working.

Seriously, if you have Linux or a Mac handy, it'd take about 2 minutes with a few commands in terminal

Did you use the link Stu gave on the last page? http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/ I used the driver installation section in that & although I did get a bit lost along the way I did muddle through it. Can't exactly remember where I got lost or what I did to rectify it but I did follow the steps & it all worked out ok. I am using Win 8.1. I then used CWM to flash to Cyanogen.

I have a Macbook so I don't need to, however I remember trying to do it on my brothers computer and the drivers just wouldn't detect the device. Took me hours to get it fixed, and I cant even remember what I did!

Yes, plus I've rooted a few devices before so I'm not entirely new to the method. However I seem to be one of the unlucky ones who nearly always has issues with devices not being recognised.

IIRC it is to do with the cable used but I seem to only have one usb cable at the moment...I had 3 before

Funnily enough I was just trying to put a couple of movies on the newly flashed N7 & 2 of the USB leads I have don't seem to carry any data. One of them is the one that came with the Chromecast. Is that normal

Did you try a different USB slot?

Yeah, some cables are only used for charging. Found this out whilst trying to find a replacement charger for my n7

That's not an issue unless you're plugging in your device via some poxy El cheapo external USB hub.
