Got modified arms and shortened them so I'm able to run more camber on the front. Running -2.0 camber on the front. Potential to go more but with it being a daily, it's twitchy enough already.

how much did you shorten it by if you can remember?

Only 10mm off the end. Wanted it so if I was to use less negative camber my arms would be long enough still.

Got hold of some scales and weighed my car to check the corner weight. Being anal on the ride height has paid off as the corner weight is pretty good.
With no driver and around half a tank of fuel the car weighs 1212kg

Weight with myself in the car is exactly 1300kg (fat kunt)
Corner weights inc driver
NSF 385 OSF 416
NSR 228 OSR 271

Could do with a little more weight onto the near side. The cross weight percentage worked out 49.5%
Not perfect for a race car. But as my daily driver/track car it's good enough. Also I don't think the workshop floor is 100% level so readings could be slightly off.
Also without my lard arse in the car, it works out to have 200bhp per ton :D

If you've adjusted the height of your car. I'd recommend getting the headlight alignment checked. I never really noticed it until recently driving in the dark that the lights were poor. Especially if you've lowered more on the front compared to the back it'll need adjusting.

Hi mate. What bulbs are in your lights please. I know they will probably be h1s but what type please. Need some decent bulbs to match my led side lights.

Kind regards

Went to the Nurburgring 30th-31st of August. Fantastic place. If you're into cars and track days it's a must visit.
Bought a fresh set of RE050a for the front. I thought 2.5mm of tread depth would be risky. And when it rains out there, it pours!
Stayed at a b&b called Ring Haus. It must be the closest accommodation to the entrance. 30 second drive!
Got 2 laps in Saturday evening and it was very wet. Crashes everywhere!
Sunday was better. Fairly dry to begin with some damp patches. A small shower and then the sun came out which dried it out enough to get in a few hot laps. Total laps we managed was 10 and I let my pal do 2 of them.
Car was faultless, although I had to hold back slightly going through the Karussell as the car was bottoming out.
Best lap was a 9:32. There was 2 incidents and a little traffic. I'd like to think with a few more laps practice and a clear run I'd be close to 9 minuets. Maybe go under if I push hard. But how hard do you go when you need the car to drive back!
I'm trying to convert and upload gopro footage to YouTube. In the meantime here's some pics

You must have a pretty soft setting on the coilovers?
Running Meister R and left the settings the same as I have for the road (10 clicks front 15 clicks rear). I didn't want it too stiff as parts of the track are fairly bumpy and as the weather changed so frequently didn't fancy hard settings when it was wet.

Just watched the clip, very smooth! Sounds like your brakes were doing the same as mine when I did my final lap... Juddering like f**k!!

How did you find the Meister's in the Karusel? I'm on stock shocks with Eibach springs and it felt like I was going to slip a disc!!

Yep! Got some serious pad pick up on the discs. It doesn't judder through the pedal or the wheel. Just sounds horrendous. They've cleaned up a little and it's not so bad now.
It wasn't too bad of a ride through the Karussell. Like I said I ran the settings fairly soft. I think next time if the weather is warm I'll stiffen up.
