I have only the following for Stand only tickets

These members are RMC & CTRO members and have made liability insurance payment

if you have not registered on RMC and not paid the £1 liability insurance you will NOT have a stand only pass

(if you have made a £1 payment for a stand only ticket and your name is not on the above list contact me and I will double check)


Please note tickets will NOT be posted out to ANYONE as per 1st few posts. So if you cant make a convoy meeting area then please do not ask for tickets simple as...

Please please please read the 1st posts before contacting with question most of your questions can be answered in the 1st 4 posts


I'm sure Omi aka Jordan has been contacting and nagging you all but AGAIN please make sure you check the stand list to check the following is correct

• you are on the list
• you have the correct number of tickets
• ticket collection point is correct
• you are marked down as paid

If any of this is not correct contact Omi (not me) A screen shoot of this page will be taken at the cut off point so we will know if you havent checked and then you moan you havent got the right number of tickets or they are at the wrong location no refunds will be given if it is your error so make sure everything is updated correctly and you check or pm Omi your details.

You are on the list lovely the list above is stand only you have paid for an entrance and stand pass so you are on the main list on the 1 st page

The above is more for Omi so he can update his post when he checks it and so people who want stand tickets know what to do

Spec-Sheets for Stand Cars

As last year

Folks, I have created a couple of spec-sheet templates that can be downloaded/printed/completed should you wish to display a spec-list with your car on the day of the event. These are shown below. I also give two examples that might be useful when it comes to completing the sheets...

Its to final countdown folks..... (had to be done really cracking song ha)

Guess what arrived thourgh my postbox this morning... all the tickets and stand passes for everyone :WOOT

Now i just need to sort them out into the relevant convoy and get them out to the leaders, that should be a fun task :badrazz:



Right now to the serious stuff:

EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK THE DETAILS IN THE FIRST POST. COLLECTION POINT, HOW MANY TICKETS THEY SHOULD HAVE!!!!!

If anything is incorrect you need to get intouch with me immediately and let me now so I can rectify any mistakes there might be.

I will be looking to get the tickets out to the convoy leaders over the next 2 weeks. So you dont have much time folks.

There are still some laggards who have not given me the information i need despite several PM's. I will send out some more but if you do not let me know in time.... Your tickets will not be where you need them on the day, so you will no be able to get into castle combe / display your car on the stand.

You have been warned!
