How much did you pay for the gearknob mate?

Got the brake stopper along with steel brake lines/ferodo pads/new OE discs and decent oil. Me and my step dad had a look at my current front pads and discs and there's still a fair bit on them so gunna leave that for now. May stick the stopper on as that is something decent to have all the time.

Let me know what ETD is like to fit as I wanna do that, likewise with earthing kit/shortshifter.

JDM ARB fits with easily with my Toda Mani I think so will look into that.

I wanna do FRSU too, but may wait until I get some shocks. Does it just comprise of the camber bolts for front and adjustable camber arm things for back?

The Gruppe sounds great from what I've heard, I'm not back on road until end of month so will let you know then. I bought it off AIRIC on here (met at the big Tesco in BStoke) and he already had a modded scuttle that TDI North had done for him.

My gearbox could be on the way out so going to get a 2nd hand one and buy a Quaiffe LSD to be installed at the same time. Supposed to transform the car.

Defo get a Gruppe or Tegiwa equivalent mate...

Yer the FRSU is just the camber arms on the back and bolts on the front and then a full geo done on the car to sort the handling out.

O yer forgot I swapped my gear knob for one of these bad boys made by h8w3ll5

Same weight as the skunk2 knob, mines the same as the groove one

anyone in the bristol area know of a good sprayer who isn't a pi$$ taker on quoting a job?

I wouldn't mind getting the front bumper resprayed as theres a few marks and scrapes on it, been quoted £300 by one bloke, this is abit of a joke.


wouldn't mind someone whos obviously cheaper than this but is still good at there job.

Guy out my way, in Westfield, Near Radstock. Done my alloys for £30 a wheel, and that included a refurb. Does other bits of spraying on the side as he owns a garage.

Scooby has to go to fund the repairs, possibly getting parts in from the US, might have it fixed by then but dont want to say yes just in case
