TRO have booked four 20x20m plots @£96. John suggested this would be ideal for 25-30 cars plus camping/marquee/BBQ area.

There was talk of a Honda village last year but I don't think it panned out.

We should book 5 just to have more than TRO

TRO should be getting a similar sound system as last year, which in all fairness was far more than we expected. You could pretty much hear it over the entire field. We will also be getting a gene big enough to power the beast as we killed the gene last year after running it all night Fri and all day Sat.

Of course everyone is welcome to come over and cut some shapes. We were missing a DJ last year, because ours got stuck in Ibiza. Shame, as that would have been the icing on the cake. iPod play lists FTW.

Cat, if you're interested, we hired our stuff from a company called Fabtronic. They were a very good company to deal with and actually upgraded us FOC. We won't be making the mistake of attempting to pick up the gear again this year. Trying to fit 6-8 flight cases in the back of a CRV... fúcking LOL.

As I'm sure you know costs are always the problem. It would be great to have a marquee, tables, chairs, music system, bouncy castle (and a wrestling ring for Malakie ) but all these things cost money.

No offence meant, but when you're organising a CTRO weekend you need to know a few months in advance that anyone offering help is definitely going to show up. I think you said you weren't a definite M1ke which is why I'm mentioning this although obviously you'd probably know nearer the time.

It's still early days on the JAE organisation though so any offers of help are much appreciated. :thumbup:
