How do you put this Cyanogenmod on and can I put it on my nexus 10? Any links to a how to?

Plenty of guides out there matey. You just need to root it, and then follow the instructions. There is also a tool available that does it all for you. I'll try to dig out the details tomorrow when I'm home.

Nexus devices will never, ever have SD card slots.

How you can use over 32GB worth of storage is beyond me, unless you like leaving shite on your tablet for months.
Use the cloud, Google give it to you for free and it works great

Ordering a Nexus 9 this week I think. Completely underwhelmed with the iPad mini refresh. Will give the Android tablet in 4:3 format a go.

Latest snapshot mate. Don't use the nightly as they can be extremely unstable.

To be fair this one is pretty much fool proof from the screens. However you're right its good to have a basic knowledge.

Agreed. This is the one I use and it is fantastic.

I used that to unlock & root & then CWM to flash to CM. It was quite easy although I did get a little confused along the way with drivers.
