Some of the best maps around + decent routing (plus simple options) + offline caching + turn by turn voice guidance + streetview on arrival.

Google maps nav is brilliant use it all the time its better since they updated it so you now have the arrival time and it also shows other routes on the map with the added times on. The fact it even comes up with a pic of your destination when you get there is pretty handy as well.
