I must be honest and say atm i'm very un-impressed with the ABP springs, they've gone far to bouncey and crashy. I can only imagine that they have settled since fitted  :x

On the plus side, i have ordered a new front H badge as its 'chipped' and is doing my head in. Ive also got some new rims en-route which i've been tempted in trying for ages. Pay day is LSD time

New wheels wont be going on the weekend, need some bits before i can fit them, just waiting on spigot rings and the time to swap the tyres.

Ive also ordered some new springs as the ABP are shockingly bad.

Sneak peak on a filthy car with the wrong tyres........

Damn those wheels sit so nice in the arch! Seeing them on a NHB makes me want them now aswell lol! Are they direct fit or do you need the spigot rings you mentioned to fit them, if so how much and from where?

Yeh they are, but i wont be running those tyres as i feel they are too big, i'll be running 215/45's

Spigots needed are 64.1-67.1 from ebay.

Ordered new springs, spigots for the new wheels. My wheel bolts have arrived should be fitting the wheels next week when can get the tyres fitted :D

Gave the car a clean today and fitted the new sus springs, they are muchos better and lower by 30mm not 35mm.I also have it booked into the body shop to repair a small scuff on the rear bumper.

My spiggots have also arrived now so just need the tyres fitting to the enkeis now :yum:

Few pics of the new ride height.

r8byb wrote:Looking good dude, what size tyres did you go for ?

And do you have a link to the spigot's you've used ?

Thanks,

Should have mine on tomorrow :D
Just tyre 64.1 to 67.1 spiggot into ebay dude, I have fitted 215/45's on mine but i wouldnt suggest any wider with my drop
Harl wrote:Rims look awsome mate jealous :badrazz: how much did they set you back if you dont mind me asking?
Mine were £350 as they are mint, i also had to buy brand new OEM wheel nuts @ £45

Hey mate, cheers for the info on the spigots, have some wheel wobble between 65 and 75 so most likely the lack of spigot rings causing that! Your advice on 215/45 is right i can't see anymore fitting without alot of work like i've done in my thread. I'm suprised you've had to do no arch work on that drop with 215/45s tbh :cooldude:
