-CTRO activities = Hourly sausage measuring/comparing contests.
-T shirts = Will they have a picture of an FN2 on them?
-Name tags = We should totally get the "HELLO MY NAME IS" name tags for the lulz.
-Sleeping arrangements = Blunty is a poof and not coming I think. And I will be camping with my girl (I have ninja skillz though so I can sneak to the slumber party in Tom's tent in time for the pants and pillow fights I am sure, she will never know!).

There are loads of activities put on by JAE which I listed but no-one seemed interested, plus no-one bothered with them last year. see here
It's quite tricky to get everyone together at the same time but if you have any activity ideas Scoutmaster Dan then fire them up. :thumbup:

Not sure what you mean here?
We've got a marquee, some chairs and tables hired; Mikeg is bringing a BBQ and some coals; I'll bring a trestle table, paper plates, bin bags etc; M1ke and his bro are bringing music equipment; Cosmic TC or Omni are bringing generators and lights. Everyone else is in charge of their own tent and sleeping stuff.

We never bothered last year, everyone just introduced themselves to each other. Plus there's a fair few coming from TRS who don't use this forum so forum names mean nothing to them anyway. I know everyone's forum name and real name so I can just act as hostess. I can make some up but it always reminds me of Primary 1 kids on their first day at school.
