Hi guys.
Got a question, I’m going to be changing my brake pipes on my civic type R EP3 front to rear and was wondering if I can just get rid of the brake proportioning valve as the car has ABS ( bit confused why it has one ).
Has anyone done this before ?
Cheers

The proportioning valve makes sure the braking effort is biassed to the front. Remove it and you will lose rear traction on hard braking with or without ABS.
