Previous years they've not relaxed the db levels, they will test and refuse to let you on track if you're over. If you know your loud make sure you've got your bung.

Yes 105dB is the limit at half revs, mine came out at 106 but he said should be alright and passed me

Me and a few have booked village hotel in Swindon. each year I've been there the car park has been full of jap car by the evening.

Just a note public track time now for sale through main website also, so if you want to track then suggest get ticket through there as we'll never get enough people for a club session alone.
