Anybody else have this issue?
Did you use the link Stu gave on the last page? http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/ I used the driver installation section in that & although I did get a bit lost along the way I did muddle through it. Can't exactly remember where I got lost or what I did to rectify it but I did follow the steps & it all worked out ok. I am using Win 8.1. I then used CWM to flash to Cyanogen.
Yes, plus I've rooted a few devices before so I'm not entirely new to the method. However I seem to be one of the unlucky ones who nearly always has issues with devices not being recognised.

IIRC it is to do with the cable used but I seem to only have one usb cable at the moment...I had 3 before
Did you try a different USB slot?
That's not an issue unless you're plugging in your device via some poxy El cheapo external USB hub.
My front USB ports are sometimes dodgy, might be just my PC though. :)

If it's a quality case, then it shouldn't be an issue, but sometimes you just get a lemon.

With the proper cable I always use my front USB ports.

Based on the average reviews (light bleed on the screen, not the anticipated blistering performance, etc) I've changed my LTE pre-order to just getting a 16Gb Wifi model. £299.99 delivered from Currys with £20 off code IPADTAB20 [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]

The performance, according to the figures suggest it has blistering performance.

It bests all other android devices, mostly by a great margin too. In bench mark testing it tops all categories bar a couple which the iPhone 6/6 plus won out.

I know that may not mean much but it certainly looks good on paper.

I think at the moment hardware can't improve significantly enough to make that much of a difference, certainly not that much of a difference to be noticed by your average joe!

I'm going to wait until I goto the US soon and have a look at it there. :bigthumb:

I said it a little while ago, I think we've reached that tipping point in technology now where the increases are so slight it would take something amazing to make an impact. Its the reason Apples tablet sales have fallen so dramatically.

So i've got my new phone (Sony Xperia Z3 Compact) and a 64GB sd card.

I want to put all my music on the sd card for playback when away (approx 22GB according to itunes)

Everything is backed up to Google Music Manager. How do i get it from here onto my phone without having to play every track for it to cache?

I tried downloading the thumbs up playlist to my phone (once i'd set all tracks to thumbs up - approx 4200) but when it says downloading it says its downloading 80GB even though the same songs in itunes are 22gb.

Really annoying there isnt a download all or download automatically function. (unless i'm missing it?)

Any ideas?
