Your car is probably only producing 140bhp at 5K
It's all about taking it to 8500rpm and keeping the revs as high as possible

Mehhh I'm not gunna bite. It hits the limiter at least once a day

Made abit of progress today.
Centre caps on and rear tie bar on..



Most of its life is either spent in the garage or next to toms car at work...



I havnt been doing alot tbh. We just put a deposit down on our first home so this has taken a back seat.
I have ordered abit of sound proofing as I took the door cards off to fix a rattle and discovered there was no foam door padding plus my speakers sound horrible.
So ile be putting some minimal sound proofing in just to deaden it abit.

Other than that she's still going strong.
I would like to do more to it but time will tell this story I guess.

What spacers did you end up getting for the stoptech on OEM wheels?

I just used some 3mm ones and they clear the oem wheels. I have had them powdercoated so that's probably why they hit slightly

Put abit of sound proofing in the front doors last night.
Certainly made a difference in many ways for me!
Brung a little smile back and I can actually have a conversation.
Sometimes its the little things that count.
I think some door speakers and the accord 6th are needed.
Also I would like It fully detailed outside just so its fresher
I've removed the jdm sticker from the rear window now too.

What kind of money are you spending on fuel per month? Accord 6th seems to be a popular choice these days, mainly for people running 5.46 or 5.84 final drives though

I'm doing motorway miles everyday.
This is my problem its not really a motorway car and I'm hangin onto It because everyone who gets another car always seems to buy another type r.
So I think I'm going to stick with the old girl.
Just tryin to sort some annoyances out to make it easier to live with everyday

if it was my car i would stick with it too as it is a very nice ep3

with my first ep3 i sold it to buy a impreza wrx sti and regreted it big style even though it was faster
and then sold it to buy my current type r which makes me happy again [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]
