So picked up the DC Sports cat back Sunday and went to Grinspeed today.

So had my geometry set up checked over for free make sure all was good, and Steve fitted my exhaust.

The OEM b pipe was a bit rusty and ready to come off so thats been scrapped, OEM back box is for sale though.

Fitted the new system and due to car it came off having the dc mani it is rubbing a bit causing vibration we almost had it sorted but it just needs a small dent to stop it, no big deal to be honest.

Sounds fairly loud and wasn't too bad on journey home at all.

Well need to fix the catching on exhaust as its a bit annoying at times hopefully this week, also looking like I'll have my audio all done within week or so.

Jobs to do soon hopefully depending on weather

Paint calipers and hubs, not sure black or red as of yet.
New rear drivers tyre.

Few things planned this weekend with the car

A good detail if weather holds up
Seal my extra EVO rim in Gtechniq ready for a new tyre.

Car is booked in at local car audio specialist next Wednesday for all my audio goodness fitting including a new amp and cables etc.

Well had a good old detail of the car been about a week and half since I even got to clean her.

Pictures not as good in the flesh, have one or two little scratches I would love to have re painted and the bonnet is stone chipped, piss me off those things but hey go.

Snow foamed & rinsed
Washed & rinsed
Dry with towel
Clay bar & Polish
Seal with Gtechniq crystal auto had 2 coats
Wheels cleaned individually and sealed with poor boys sealant on top of the fact my wheels already sealed with Gtechniq wheel armour.
Wheels given some crystal auto aswell
Tyres prepped with Gtechniq tyre & trim
As is all black exterior plastic and rubber
All glass cleaned in and out
Inside cleaned.

That's about it, going to run a week of the gtech crystal auto then give some coats of my deep haze dodo juice wax.

Roll on Wednesday and all the audio will be fitted can't wait.

Really would like a siebon carbon bonnet I think, also thinking of saving for a diff and clutch end of year.

New head unit amp and Focal PS165 components all fitted today, got to say clear audio sound so much better, the parrot on the headunit is quality aswell nice and clear. May be tempted by a sub later not quite sure yet.

No pictures of the install as I didn't do it but the door sounds like a golf.

So got the stereo with the parrot installed along with the Focal PS165 components installed with a hertz amp. Sound is so much better now love it and the parrot is cool.

The doors sound just like a Golf now.

Sent you a PM mate with breakdown basically about £670 all in with my bits already bought in the picture few pages back

Just ordered some HEL Brake lines and JDM coin holder just cause I fancied one and don't like the blanking plate

Hope to get the lines done next month maybe if not a little later in need of rear tyre at the moment and get my spare evo 9 rim in the boot as a spare.

So got a new tyre slowly going to change to uniroyal rainsport as not really liking the potenzas.

Also have this designed for a cold air feed upto my bay for my K&N typhoon.

Options will be fibreglass in primer, possible carbon and vacuum formed plastic

The guy making them for me has a fe options, the carbon is quite expensive and however it comes with problems like imperfections as its an expensive job to get carbon spot on. So think I may get it in vacuum formed carbon fx, waiting for pictures of this etc. I have a thread going in air induction section take a look as this is something looking to offer to people through eBay and te forums.
