Right guys car is loaded ready for trip up to bristol tomorrow night!

I'll need a small table if possible from someone please? (Didn't have anything under 6' long!!)

I have 3 separate burners and frying pans for people have all the banners and flags and the monster shelter!

Have some drinks and will pick up some food and other bits tomorrow before work.

It is a long way however I am surprised the amount of people that travel from all over to visit this event.. and not just one here!

Funny enough while I was in Perth WA a couple of years ago I went to a track day there and met up with a guy with lovely fn2 we got chatting he joined Rebel and is now working in the UK (Dorset) for a year so is coming over to join us at Japfest [smilie=karls_thumb.gif] Hopefully I can introduce you him to a few of you folks too

As most of you might have seen the weather is looking to be good all day (or so the forecasts says) I still highly advise you bring suitable shoes/trainers and maybe some spare ones to drive home in and tell passengers to do the same to as the ground on Action Day and on BH Race day last weekend was very wet and muddy so best to be prepared....

Please keep to the speed limits on the way to Combe it WILL be policed there WILL be cameras you have been warned...
Please don’t give the residents of Combe cause to complain... do not have music blasting or revving engines, sounding horns etc on the way in during the early hours whilst waiting to get in (or on way out) please respect the residents.
Please do not see the wet grassed area as a place to go spinning your car etc. or if you see anyone doing this please report them asap to event staff at Combe as this is a danger to ALL persons and vehicles..

As I said before I am sure I don’t need to say the above to anyone on CTRO or RMC as everyone in the past have been brilliant and represented both clubs proudly and I thank you all for that.. :salut:

Well my day of washing the car has not gone to plan at all

Managed to get it washed but never managed to get any polish or wax onto it as it seems to start raining whenever i tried to start doing it then stop again..... so i have given up car will be looking average tomorrow

Right have been out and got some drinks and crips for everyone. 4 x big varitey bags of various crisps and 1 x 24 pack of coke and 1 x 24 pack of diet coke.

This should be more than enough if everyone is bringing odds and sod along with them aswell.

Im not looking forward to getting up tomorrow, FAR too early for a saturday!

Wish mine had. Just finished cleaning and polishing the car since 4 this afternoon, and not sure if the polish has gone off or something but the swirl marks wont come out the car It looks worse than it did before the polish.

On the food and nibbles front, is everyone putting in or is it just if you are wanting use of the bbq etc? I dont mind putting in, just not sure i will be using the bbq, im too lazy to cook when theres burger vans
