Kris - Cheers mate, i'm well happy with them. :D Emmm, it's just the engine vibrations that rattle the whole car. It's like the car is singing when you're at 8600 rpm.

Dan - I'm sure i seen them on his build thread and they looked a good bit of kit. :bigthumb:

Terry - I thought you wanted gadgets, not a modified car? :P Stop bitching out modded EP3's for new Vag's!

Kipp's - I hope not!! I love how wild they are just now. :-D I've done about 300 miles so far in it and it's still as rough as it was. The clutch is bedding in a bit, the engagement isn't as severe as it was at first.

I was fed up of that wee SRS light on the dash, so found a wee tutorial on Youtube and set about ripping it out. Item's used were a soldering iron and a fork.

I don't mate. But there's plenty on there. You need to spin the rev and speed dials right round as they're sitting against stoppers. mark where your petrol gauge is sitting with the ignition on. then pull all the dial arms off with a fork under them. The front should come way then. The temp gauge will need to be set when the car is warm so you can just put it back on at half way. It takes a bit of fiddling, but if i can do it anyone can. Seen this yesterday at crail! Love it!! You passed me in my standard milano pre facelift on the way up along with my mates in a starlet n astra vxr, i hate having a standard car haha, had a good look around your car but wasnt sure who you were to ask some questions haha! What times did you run? Think you were up against my pals starlet at one point?

Civic55 - Thanks! :bigthumb:

A19XVV - I think i remember passing you, i thought it was an unusual combination of cars. Yea, i raced a white Starlet, it was quick!! I really wasn't interested in times tbh, it was just for a giggle. All i was interested in was making noise and smoke, and trying to shred the ditch finder tyres on the front! Fastest time was a 14.6 sec pass. I just couldn't get off the line due to -3 degree's camber and hard tyres.

kipps - I would love to do Cadwell! Who are you all booked through? I'm going to do Croft on the 20th of July with HOT so fund's will be tight. Will see if i can afford it though. :-D

yeah lol all different haha!! the starlet is running around 280 at the fly at the moment with a gutted interior so it can shift when it wants haha!! I couldnt launch mine either lol not used to it at all yet! totally different car to my ibiza but i love it anyway haha! your car sounded awesome going down the strip even my mrs commented on it! I can't wait to get started on mine now :-D

A19XVV - Sounds like a wee rocket! I certainly flew down the strip! I think we just need some sticky rubber to get us launching better, road tyres are no good. Thanks! :-D I love my J's exhaust.

Bower - Cheers! :bigthumb:

Matt - I just removed the bulb totally. There wasn't a video for an EP3 specificly, i just watched a few and got some tips and ideas on how i was going to do it. All the rest of my SRS is out, so no point in fitting resistors. :salut:
