good to see you back mate :salut:

....yes the Setrab units are professional, very robust built with optimal internal flow. here is a 10 row mounted on a Seat Leon Supercup frontal crashed two weeks ago at Monza. zero oil leaks, just coolant :bigthumb:

Its pretty much finished Julian, just a few small things to tidy up, but i've been out driving it a couple of times. :-D

I treated myself to a Mishimoto alloy rad. (Perfect time to upgrade)

I had to buy new Samco hoses AGAIN as both were split. :bad-words:

I also bought a TRS tow strap as they seem to be the thing the now.

I don't know whether i'm going to fit it or not yet though. I don't know whether i like them or not, but they are legal to run on the road, unlike my Datum1 hoop.

And i got a bargain with my bumper from Jag, which came with 1 of only 3 carbon Mugen lip's in Scotland. :cooldude:

The bonnet is a 5 year old Carbon Creations. :salut: It's really yellow compared to my spoiler and lip. It's got a white surface haze starting to show aswell, think that's just the laquer though.
that white haze is annoying isn't it, my bonnet and doors are the same, iv found bumper blackner gets rid of it for a couple of weeks then it slowly comes back, cheap lacquer is the cause iv been told!

Neil - I'll try my best not to smash this 1! :roflmao:

Carlos - Cheers mate. I got the rad off Ebay, a company called Misimoto-uk. IMO, just spend the extra and get a Koyo rad. I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery when i was promised 2 weeks max, there was no communication, then they tried to bribe me with a 10% refund if i gave them a positive feedback. Its a b@stard to bleed out as the filler cap isn't at highest part like oem, and it has a pourus weld. Wish i'd just paid the extra and went for a koyo rad. What rad you go for?
 And thanks for the vote of confidence that i'm not going to smash the lip. :P

Oh that's not good dude, porous weld, 4 weeks to deliver = jokers! I bought the Japspeed version that was suppose to be oem fit 100%. The rad fan didn't mount up properly, nether did the bottom mounting legs, and the cap protruded up that high it fouled on the slam panel, so had to go back sadly. Seems Koyo is the one to go for if you want a quality item, if not a new Oem instead.

Those Setrab coolers are tough little ba$tards then ay! I hope my Mocal version is half as strong...

Neil - Yea mate, had it out a couple of times. You would have seen it on friday night if you had come out to the meet. :P

Carlos - I heard the Japspeed cores weren't up to much and corroded easily, so i spent a bit more for a 'quality' rad. The cap is mega stiff and the fan wasn't the best fit. I had to file out a bracket on the shroud to get it to fit.
I would recommend the Setrab coolers to anyone after seeing what they can take. And to think i was worried incase a stone came off a car in front and burst it.

Lee - I would love to boost it!! After the blast in yours on fri night i was totally sold and the whole drive home my head was buzzing with idea's! The speed was mind blowing!! Nothing on the road will would be able to match it!! Lol. But i need to keep the sensible head on and stay N/A, i just don't have the know how like you to fix it when it breaks. Plus you're in with the big boys when you charge it, where as i'll be ok in the N/A group. :-D
