I seen this up asda with a few other hondas and an rx7 a few weeks back, definitely keep the black alloys mate. Again the paint work looked immaculate put my r3 to shame :thumbup:

Little update.

Wheels are in getting refurbed. Colour isnt going to liked by everyone.
Once they are refurbed they will get the rs-r tyres fitted.
Colour for the new wheels.


Had my geo settings done. Feels alot better than before as more tyre is in contact when the road. had stupid amount of camber at the rear before. It was that bad my old tyres are like slicks on the inside
Will get it tweeked again after the wheels are back on and new tyres are on.

Picked a front lip up. Mugen style.


The car is going into imy to get painted and get the front lip painted along with front bumper, bonnet, rear bumper with fog removed and spoiler.

Mfactory lsd with bearings.


Just need a new clutch and flywheel and i can get my gearbox rebuilt.

Yeah some people liked it but I just thought it looked to chavy
Was going to go grey but grey doesn't look that good on black.
So went with a funky power.
The painter is going to show me example of the paint on a white basecost and a black one to see what I prefer.
Will be interesting to see the outcome.

Gave the car a quick clean today.
how i went about it.
Snowfoamed.
rinsed off
washed using 2 bucket methood. chemical guys buckets and grit gaurds, cg maxi suds 2, cg microfibre wash pad
rinsed off
dryed with chemical guys speed wipe at 1:1 ratio and chemical guys grey drying towel
wheels and tyres dryed with speed wipe and cg yellow drying towel
tyres dressed with zanio perfect tyre gloss.

dont usually like black with black wheels but that suited it very well, red lip broke up the colour nicely...
but those purple alloys are a different story lol! look wicked

That looks baller. Its stunning on black. Plus they look like a way lighter shade of purple than mine. Really suits the car. It just looks uber clean all round and perfect drop. Im in love <3

Yeah purple is becoming a big favourite for wheel colour.
Ano what you mean. Get bored easily. I do plan to find a set of regas in long run and these will be track, winter wheels.

Little update.

Got most of bits for my gearbox rebuild now.
Just waiting on some torco mtf coming.

Car is booked in for 1st of next month for gearbox and service.

Parts for gearbox -
Mfactory 5.46 final drive
Mfactory lsd and bearings
Excedy stage 1 clutch
Act streetlite flywheel
Torco mtf
Gearbox rebuild - worn parts to be renewed.

Other bits i have done is carbon oem spoiler. no pictures because the weather is sh*t

Went abit mad with cleaning before knockhill couple of weekends ago.
Cleaned under the arches and sealed them with bare bones. Leaves a good finish





Just got a toda mani from a guy on here. Will heat wrap it once i get it and fit it along with my exhaust when it arrives which is meant to be within the next couple of weeks after 6 months

So the box was built and am currently running in the clutch.
5.46 final drive is Sit at 3k revs in 6th doing 50mph so not too bad.
Lsd feels really good aswel. Good improvment over standard.
Needed a new 3rd gear and 3-4 gear sync at the cost of £330.
