If everyone is in agreeance with me approaching them in view of them coughing up £4 each or so, then I don't mind taking on that side of things to take a bit of org pressure off cat.
With those proceeeds I'll pay Omni for 2 (or 3?) boxes of burgers.
Money can also be used to make runs to local supermarket for other stuff wanted (Baps (no not THOSE kind Paul LOL, Sauces, salad, more meat etc).
Total transparency of course, anyone can ask me at any time how much i've had and how much i've got left.
If anythings left over at the end we can have a vote what get's done with it (donated to those that organised (cat, BBQ bringers,music bringers (and not me, don't want)), donated to forum or held towards next meet. Totally over to you guys...

Once I've paid for lights, generator, petrol and bits and bobs there's about £50 left towards food so you might not even have to get as much as £4 from everyone. I'll pay Omni out of it for the burgers.

What was the final decision on food, cos if you want me to get these burgers i need to get the order in.

So I'll come around for a bit of a whip round and get something together to make a trip to local supermarket to get some other stuff (bangers, chicken legs/wings, bacon for morning?(or is everyone cooking that seperately?) Sauces, salads, rolls) as well as those boxes burgers won't last very long with all those pissed up hungry mouths

To be honest, even at a fiver per head its going to be flaming (oh haha) good value; and as you say funds can be diverted into something else at the end of the show should it be left. I think they should be saved for the next JAE to buy something which can be reused or diverted to CTRO funds.
With a fiver, we could go for a higher quality section of meats; 'taste the difference', 'finest' etc.

I like the idea of the communal bacon/sausage breakfast although I am just a high five away from MaccyD's

I've managed to obtain a sound system, although it's not fantastic it will serve it's purpose for the weekend.

From what I can see it won't take an Ipod doc so we'll have to revert to the old fashioned CD's i'm afraid.

It has a few of the RCA connections available - so if someone has one of these lying around then we should hopefully be able to get it to work

That those expensive ones at £16 per bundle? Any other slightly cheaper options (don't mean shop leftovers or anything) you can get your hands on? Or only those ones?
