Exactly as the title Japfest 2 Ticket Collection/Meeting point, Within 3 miles of the Event for those close by / travelling down prior to the event / not near any of the other convoys.

Leaving at - 0805 to get to Japfest by 0815

FOR INFO - For those who want to travel the night before the event - for info this hotel has parking with CCTV, and if booked in advance its £33 / £43 with breakfast (Served from 7am).

UPDATE

I'll be going to collect the tickets/passes for all those meeting at this collection point from salem this Saturday. We should have some spare stand passes going, so if anyone knows anyone who'd like to come onto the stand with a Japanese car then let me know.

Next week I'll send a PM out to all those who are collecting from here with my contact details etc. Just to reiterate the meeting time will be 0755 to leave for Japfest at 0805, we should get there at around 0815.

Please also remember if you have a stand only pass, you will need entry tickets for every passenger in the car in order to get in. - For those that didnt order entrance tickets via the forum, theres currently an offer on that ends on 09/08/10 that gives you £5 off the ticket price (So £13 each) - Go on the Japfest website and enter the promo code of JF17 at checkout.

Today I collected all the entrance tickets and/or stand passes as per the list at the start of the thread. I'll be sending out a PM with my contact details for those collecting here, early part of the week.

I have 6 spare stand only passes, so anyone who knows anyone with a Japanese car who wants to come onto the club stand is welcome, so contact me If your interested in being allocated a further stand pass (Note: Entrance tickets are still required for all those attending the event - Stand passes only let you put your car on the club stand, they do not give you entry)
