Well last year we killed the BBQ with fire ... taken mainly from the branches a huge lorry had knocked down.

This year we may have to be more inventive with what we burn. Well unless someone brings logs, in fact I might bring logs as I've got loads.

Deodorant tins, tins of beans etc. Throw them in FIRE and it will be awesome. I like fire Put bread on the end of a stick and toast it and that is the best tasting toast you will ever have btw.

Drink + Fire + Petrol = not good idea.

I seem to remember wondering where it had gone and just followed the trail of ash and found it between the fencing and the hedge seperating us from the kart track.

Haven't a clue who was responsible for it getting there though

What are people doing food wise? Is it everyone for themselves or will there be some collective food stores I can contribute to?

I even considered getting some ration packs off Ebay but having eaten them in the past Im leaving that as a last option.

I think we should just arrange a food kitty this year and then a few of us go out shopping like last time, that seemed to work quite well IIRC.
