You can try it, 75w-80 would be preferable.

oil man, i have a 04 civc type r, done 36000 miles, i have just brought this car and want to change the oil so i no what is in it, i managed to get a really good deal on the fuchs supersynth titan 0w - 30 fully synthetic, is this any good and will it be good for the engine, the fuchs leaflet recomended it but just want to be sure before i open it,

Yes mate it is a very good oil and find in your CTR.

I will be shipping my Type R to South Africa which is obviously a much higher temperature. I would like to know what grade and viscosity you would recommend for that climate?

Hi guy. I've got some millers 10w/60 cfs in the garage. Just wanting to know if I can use it in my in integra type r engine (dc5) or should I fleebay it and get something different? Many thanks David.

Its a good oil, but sadly too thick for your DC5. Dont go thicker then an SAE40.

They come with 0w-20 in the sump

ok cheers guy. can you post me a link to the best engine oil in your opinion and the best gearbox oil. my engine is the dc5 and the gearbox is the one with the lsd.
ill order the oil quicksticks.

Engine oil wise either the Silkolene Pro S, Motul 300v or Gulf Competition here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx

Gearbox, either the Amsoil MTF or the Redline MTL here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-670-75w-80-75w-85-mtfs.aspx
