Hey,
I'm going to be placing an order on an FN2 tomorrow or the day after, and I was just wondering what types of modifications were out there for this car. I also think that it would be a good idea to have this be a constantly updated sticky. So yeah, any aftermarket products you know of that apply to the FN2, please post them, and I shall update my post to list them. I think this would help a lot of the newbies (such as myself) that come to this forum.
Thanks

MODS (items listed are in no particular order):

Air Induction:
Unless combined with a remapped ECU, air intakes will not make any significant gains on the k20z4. http://www.hondatech.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=2378 scroll down for more info on this.
1. AEM - Said to suffer from heat soak. - £132.77

HID's, A must have, make's the car look so much better, ever 6000k or 8000k.

Exhaust, The two main out there are, the Miltek, and the new HKS system.

Brake's, The stock brake's really dont look good through the 18's and even worse looking through the 19 inch Rage's. Brake kit's are EXPERSIVE but ABP do some bigger disk's that look 10 time's better over stock for a 1/3 of the price.

Induction system's, there's the AEM but most people i know that's got it are not impressed and say it suffer's from heat soak, Hopefully there will be a GRUPPE M soon :???:.

Just a couple of suggestion's and idea's fella. What colour did you go for, plus Spec

Thanks for the first few mods that I could list.

I'm going for Milano Red. Over here in Luxembourg, things are a bit different. If you get a Type-R, it will come with pretty much every option. The only options you can really pick are the DVD/Navigation systems, the rear park distance sensors, metallic colour, and choice of wheels. HIDs come stock over here as well :-D . The only option I went for were the park distance sensors.

I can't wait. :bigcry: / :WOOT

Thanks for your input.
As for the fast road geometry setup, are you talking about adjusting caster, camber, and toe angle?

Nicko11, thanks for the link

Yes, the standard set-up is not adjustable, hence the need for threaded camber bolts.

Does anyone have one of these fitted?
If so please can you provide a pic of one installed.

I can see where they would go because the engine bay is full and I cant even see the top of the suspension struts.

Hondata was the first thing I had on the list (its at the bottom of the list, though)

Nicko, I used to have a picture, but I cant seem to find it right now. Maybe I can find it when I get home.

The list will also be updated once I get home, to add in all the TDI-north things.
