When you click reply you have the option of actually attaching the image to a thread now, so its easier.

Go to the bottom of the reply with and click the Upload attachment tab, then just upload the image from your PC

but all my pics are too big, and i cant find a decent torrent of photoshop

I use a free program called Visualizer to crop mine, as it can do all of them in one go and add a watermark too.
