Sorry, but I am a little obbessed with maps and have been looking at the routes and ironing out the little quirks which occur when you put towns in Autoroute. they will take you to the centre instead of passing via the main road. (it happened a few times last year) so I have modified the maps plus I have been altering a few maps to take in a few better roads. I will send the latest versions out nearer the time. (no doubt They will change again)
Day 6 is the biggest change and hopefully you will agree why

I know its adds another 30 minutes on the original route I planned but its a must. nb its 531 miles and 8.35 hours Those of you who think the circular route through Austria is too much can use this other route which takes in Lake Constance which is only 237 miles 4.5 hours

Think I'm going to be a woose and do the short route even if the other has an amazing road.
530 odd miles the day before going on the Ring might just be too much for me to cope with.

The day after is only 2.5 hours drive to the ring and it doesn't open to the public until 2.30pm so you can have a lay in
