It seems he is our "Wild Card" for the team. If he can provide something interesting for us come Sunday, I think he could be something to look to throughout the rest of the season. Although reading through his interviews gives me some doubt. "I've wished to play for a World Class team, and the likes of Rangers will help me achieve this".
Don't get me wrong, Rangers are as "World Class" as Celtic, as being known in Europe, but being on such a team makes you as good as previous teammate performing secterian actions against your rival fans, after your "spitting" incident. It gives us a cheap laugh, but doesn't go down well in the long run. I had a cheeky peek at him during some highlights of previous games of the week, but thought the QPR game from tonight bought me more interest (Those shots were fantastic, as much as the saves! But the goal was nowhere near as much as the rest of the highlights)
On an unrelated, I find it interesting that, from other sources (the folk who don't work as much as I do, so they have time to check things....Well, that's if they work or not!) King Kenny has scored 3 goals in 2 games while at his new team, taking them to the top of their league. In fairness, I've not checked much of the Turkish leagues. I still reckon he was sold for silly money, which doesn't comapre to the fact he was sold in the first place!
Personally, I think Sunday is going to be a bit more than interesting. And if we decide to run about like headless chickens again, Lennon is as good as playing a 4-1-1 formation to give us some competition
