Harrison Ford has been injured while filming the new Star Wars movie at Pinewood Studios and has been taken to hospital.

A Disney representative said the 71-year-old star of the first three Star Wars films hurt his ankle while filming at the Buckinghamshire complex.

It is understood he was airlifted to hospital in Oxford for treatment.

According to some reports his ankle was crushed when the door of the Millennium Falcon fell on it.

Thought Stormtroopers were all clones, unless we're ignoring the first three films now - oh please let that be true. I was expecting a screen full of lens flare to be honest so am pleasantly surprised, however I'm sure Abrams will find a way to dumb it down enough to keep his fans happy.

Exactly my point - Star Wars was always the white knight saves the princess from the dark knight in the castle.. but even Abrams would find a way to dumb that down!... with lens flare!
