There really isn't much in it, toss a coin, or spend a couple of pounds extra (over the Supersyn, it's cheaper than the Mobil) and get the Fuchs GT1 XTL 5w-40. That meets newer specs than the Supersyn and Super 3000.

Ok excellent. Well if I outline what I would like to order, maybe you could tell me of its in stock?
I want millers nanodrive 5w40 oil, hamp filter and filter tool and 4 ngk bkr7eix plugs. And also what is the best gearbox oil to use for an '02 ep3?

Marc.

Hi Marc

It's a good oil as it's a top end product from Millers, so that makes it worth the same as the Millers CFS, Fuchs Pro S etc. You then need to decide if the extra £20 is worth it for the potential power gain.

£20 is cheap for any sort of power gain, so I'd say it's worth it if you have the spare cash and would mind an extra couple of bhp.
