Hi ,looking for new oil for my 2005 Ep3 Type R.

Have always put Mobil 1 Ow/40 in before but its quite expensive now.

Was thinking of getting Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 Fully Synthetic.

Anyone used it would that be suitable?

I've used Shell Helix Ultra 5/40 for ages.
It's good oil for the price.
Done a couple of winter trackdays with the oil and it seems ok.
