Pretty much the same, it now just meets some newer manufacturer specs (nothing that affects Hondas). As far as your cars are concerned, its the same stuff.

What is the difference between these two. I don't track my car so is the cheaper one as good as for everyday driving?

The CFS is the better oil for road or track use, but the XFS is still a very good choice for normal use.

I am running k20 turbo at 500bhp wha oil would you recomenned for me? I won't really use car much in winter but I am currently on millers 10w60 but I suspect its a bit thick for winter, also what gearbox oil would you recommend as I'm running a quaife diff?

Any idea how hot the oil is getting when used hard?

I don't as I havnt got oil temp gauge but I have a 16 row oil cooler so shouldn't get to hot and the car is only used for road use, I no millers 10w 60 is a really good oil that's why I used that but my car only gets little blasts no real hard time
