There seem to have been a few people having logging on issues in the past couple of weeks. We (The Mods) are having difficulty replicating the problems with our accounts, so we need to make sure that we're all starting from the same place...

If you're having log-in difficulties, you need to:-

1. Log out of CTRO

2. Clear your cache and cookies. If you're using Internet Explorer go into Tools - Internet Options. Click on the Delete Cookies button, then on the Delete Files button. In this option make sure you tick the 'Remove all offline content' box.

If you're using Firefox then go into the options section and choose clear all your private data. Remember to delete the saved passwords for this site, cached data and your cookies when you're selecting the tick boxes to clear.

3. Make sure you're using the correct URL. It should be 'http://civictype-r.co.uk' for this site. Note that you do not need the 'www'. If this site is in your favorites or bookmarks, make sure the saved URL is correct.

4. Try logging back in.


If after this you're still having problems then please post in this section.
