Take it to paintshop, and resize it to the restrictions (80x80pixels, or 6kb i think)

If you could mate that would be great, tried it on paint as no PSP here at work and it just reduces the size of the frame not the file, where can i send the picture ( its my car nothing dodgy!!)

You can use paint to resize - click image then select attributes from drop down menu - you can then resize the image rather than just cropping it.
