As of tonight I've had one of the THE very best PHP developers in the country audit the site. Its clean. Google have been told to recheck the site so hopefully with the report sent to them it should have the malware check removed shortly.

everyday signs offer warnings about common knowledge, hence people being able to use common sense to make decisions about them, but when it comes to virus' and malware, that common knowledge is missing, hence the inability to apply common sense that leads to concerns from those who don't understand it was well as us...
