I tried the 'i have forgotten my password' clicky and entered ijwhiteman and his email he used to the account, i dont think he knew how to do it, but it doesn't match up, so the old account isn't the name he thought, all i could try without modskillz.

I suppose you can't do much without the right username to change settings?

I asked him what email he used for the account and just tried his name a couple of different ways to try reset it for him,thinking he didnt know how to do it, didn't ask for passwords or shiz. [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]
