What does it do?

I was going to click "add a friend" to see what it did, but thought the recipient might have got scared :ymca:

Hitting add friend does nothing apart from them having a green box beside their name in your PM inbox......and you can check if they are online.

Add Foe means you have a choice to click on their posts, so you don't have to read them if you don't want to.
