wonder if someone could tell me if i am allowed to use a flashing avatar?

i use it on other forums & wondered if i could use here it too

as long as it is 100x100 and no more than 7.1kb then yes...but iunfortunately there aren't many gif's that come in under 7.1kb.

it s says its 114x150 i think but i dont know the kb size (i have no idea what that is either!!!)

you would need to resize it to 100x100..I don't know how to do that to a gif. If you save the file to your documents and hover the mouse over it it will tell you what the kb size is. I'll bet it's over 7.1 though

do you have a link to where it is or can you post it here and I'll have a looksie.

Just use a gif animator resizing tool and it will be fine. Right click the gif and select properties and it will tell you what the size it.

Karl managed it with his DIY animated gif.

I have no idea about computers & a friend of mine did this for me!!! I will see if Drucifier can re-size it if its too big

Nobody should be having an animated gif, especially like the example posted above. This was discussed a long time ago if I remember correctly.

Yes, nothing worse than trying to read with an animated gif flashing and moving.
