I almost never take the time to provide feedback on a product or supplier but on this occasion I think it is deserved and might be useful to anyone needing to decide whether or not to buy from these people. I was somewhat nervous of ordering a reasonably expensive item (a set of floor mats for my FD2) from someone in Japan with whom I had no prior experience but some Googling found mainly favourable reviews so I took the plunge. I have to say that the service RHD provided was faultless. I was kept continuously up-to-date by email with progress at every stage of the process and my order arrived well within the estimated time. The whole process felt like a lesson in how internet selling should be done.
