looks promising for the new type R as it would be a tad quicker than this, presuming it's heavier

Should sound better than an inline 4 and get to 62 before the new type r as it doesnt have fail wheel I mean front wheel drive.

It would be ahead off the line yeah. I expect it to have caught up a bit though by 60mph. I've never done much launching tbh. Think I'd prefer a lighter 300bhp type R. A bit like comparing a current WRX to an EP3. It wins off the line but apart from that pretty sluggish. May not handle as well as the new type at either in the dry. Who knows.
