why the hell is this in legal??

anyway.. it's an easy job. couple of hours work max. so at a guess £100-200 labour total.

me and a friend changed mine over in less than an hour. (he works for halfords autocentre so we got to use the ramp :)

best thing.. find out which decent garage (look in the traders sections) are local to you and give them a ring
