The camera van was parked half on the pavement on a double red route blocking the cycle lane. Are they allowed to park there.

What the feck is a red line?! We have double fellows round my way (naaaarrfaaalk) but you.are allowed to park on them as long as you have your hazards turned on or are in a rush.

Actually I think they were on a single red line having gone passed again. Still, the times are from 8-7 off the top of my head.

Hazards are for if you're presenting a hazard, not for parking on double yellows!
