This has been a long time in the planning and Darren has finally secured a private trackday. As I know Darren personally and can vouch for him I thought I would share it. For the price I think it's great value. I'm very very tempted.

Excuse the copy & paste.

I'm not sure what I'm looking forward to more, driving or the pax lap by a VLN racer in Bilstein's GT3 Cup race car.
Booked in Mark so happy days!!!! :-D

Are you going in your freshly caged DC2?

As the forum's resident Ring Expert I fully expect you to show me the way round in the morning - just checked and the last time I was there in the EP3 was way back in 2004  . Looking at the development of the circuit museum / entrance area etc in the last few years I don't think i'm going to recognise the place!

See you on the 19th or 18th as i'm there for the weekend......

Plenty of more knowledgeable people than me on the trackday. I'll be out for Touristfahrten in my Teg, I'm flying out Friday night. I'm at the Ring at the moment (Darren's here too) so I'm leaving my Teg here. On the actual trackday, some one was mad enough to let me drive their DC2.

Spoke to Darren on Saturday just as he was waiting to go out!

We're driving over on the Saturday arriving in the evening. Will probably get a couple of laps in on the Sunday and save the serious circuit time for the track day on the Monday!

Will definately catch up with you over the weekend and look forward to seeing your DC2. Our previous ABP race car was a DC2 with a custom cage set up and it's all going to look familiar.....

Just read you've done over 55 laps this weekend  RESPECT!

Chris, I'll be at Spa-Francorchamps on Saturday for the Porsche weekend. It's on the way to the Ring if you fancy a stop off. Entry is free.
