Moving house soon, no Virmin Media where I'm going so will be making the switch to BT Infinity / Sky Fibre / Other - I currently own an awesome router, ASUS N66U (routing only, no modem) and I'm hoping to carry on using it.

What's the kit quality like supplied by BT/Sky? Anyone know if I can use my ASUS? Paid a lot of cash for it and it has built in VPN dialler which I use to access Geo Location restricted content, so not overly keen to give it up.

They'll provide a modem router, required for their service. You can use your own router but you'd need the modem part. BT used to provide a separate Openreach modem, but it's built in now. Think I've got one in the garage somewhere if you need one.
