Is this worth buying from eBay now?

i.e. a month before release. What if item isn't shipped, do I have a leg to stand on as it will be over a month?

If you pay via Paypal and you don't receive what you paid for then you are covered as they will refund you unless the seller can prove via registered post signature etc, that you received it.

I wouldn't under any circumstances buy anything on pre-order as there is a time limit for Paypal disputes so you could get stiffed but if it's outside the time limit you would have to wear it.

Don't buy anything unless they say they have it in stock now.

This is what I was wondering. It states dispatch around 10/04/2015 - That's almost a month away.

Does anybody know what the time limit is for PayPal disputes? as I don't want to pay for it, not receive it next month then not be able to start a dispute due to the time having elapsed

I use my chromebook every day, it's great for picking up and banking/shopping/general web browsing. It's not too bad at getting images off my Nikon and uploading them to the cloud/doing very basic editing either.

I can also nerd out with SSH and RDP.

They all run Android Wear as standard, no modification - as it's controlled by Google. Obviously they have a custom Watch Face and maybe some apps built in, but every watch receives updates at around the same time

Only way is to try one. I wasn't but I got it as an impulse buy - it's new, it's tech and I wanted a watch.
Turns out its actually quite handy!
