I'm pretty sure most insurance companies demand a tracker to insure Evo's for theft.
I assume you haven't had a tracker before, as there is a lapse between owners. Owner sends paperwork to company, company stop tracker, send paperwork to you with their price guide. You send it back with monies and your tracker is re-activated.
