I too was wondering this. The fact it was late and in the dark leads me to believe it may have been a 'special interest' dvd

The fact he had no pants on gives it a way.

The brick sounds like an innocent party to me.

Unfortunately, holding a brick is not a criminal offence so why would the police do anything. No crimes have been committed and I would hope actual crimes would be their priority.

.......You cant finger print a brick unless its on CSI. They would do it with a laser from a helicopter underwater. Anything is possible on CSI.

Yep i found that out the hard way. Was locking up the house before bed one sat night and saw two people hanging round my car which at this time was a teg type r. Went and got my brother from his bed and we went downstairs. Just as we got to the bottom of the stairs the car alarm went of. We went out and caught them in the act so give them a bit of a doing and held them to the police arrived. Ended up getting a 6 month prison sentence suspended for two years. Legal system a bit unfair.

that really sucks mate!

I once heard someone trying to kick the front door in during the night, i ran through the house shouting and screaming, naked, with a hardon, grabbing the first weapon that came to hand, only to find that the massive noise, wasnt the door getting kicked in at all but a massive mirror we had hanging on the living room that had chosen to fall of the wall at 5am and smash to pieces (which i assumed was the porch window smashing). And to make matters worse the weapon i had lifted was the dvd remote.

To this day my mrs asks me if i was going to shag the burglar or put him on pause.
