Used his phone for HPI however he seemed to phone someone who either did it for him after giving them the details or it was all an act.
He turned up outside after being dropped off by someone who I didn't see due to the edges along the end of the road.
Taken from High Wycombe at around 20:30 23rd June. If anyone cops sight of it in the London area give the bobbies a ring would ya? Ta.
