Ok so I should be able with a few passes with a green hexlogic pad and 105 then go over it with 205 black pad to remove the swirls ?

Easily, 105 is very harsh so only a few passes needed especially on honda paint.

Remember only do one small area first and see how many passes it takes to correct it then do the rest of the car.

I wet sanded mine, and without a paint depth gauge

Nice, you've got some balls haha I'd like to do mine to get rid of the orange peel but I measured my paint depth and it was on average at 88 microns
