OK, done this yesterday.
Here be an arch that's all crusty and manky (N&N cover your eyes, keep scrolling) -
After a blast with the hose, I wasn't as pro as N&N. I used Autoglym engine bay and machine cleaner stuff and sprayed it to death and then rinsed it all out with the hose again. I then realised I didn't have WD40 so nipped to Asda in the girls Astra which has shocking brakes btw. Got WD40 and sprayed Mr coily to death with that -
I also had silver Hammerite so wanted to paint my hubs and that, so I gave that a go. My painting skills are pretty naff though, but I think I done OK. Also didn't have red paint to re-do calipers which annoyed me -
Waiting on paint dry I also gave my wheels a proper cleaning just using Megs stuff. I would polish them and seal them, but they weren't looked after by previous owner and are corroded to death and need a re-furb. When I get them re-furbed I willl look after them like they are my babies.
I should have took pics once I had used the brakes and they weren't orange from the water

And I also scraped front splitter coming out girls driveway
Cheers for guide again mate, and also for passing your OCD for this onto me, everytime I wash my car I am going want to do this now :badrazz:
