How to remove exhaust Manifold

Hiya was wondering if it's an easy job to remove the old exhaust Manifold or should inlet mechanics do it???

really depends on if your handy with tools, would help alot more if you had access to a ramp

I can get by I reckon, I have a few jacks and stands???
And do in have to drop the anti roll bar at all???

What you replacing it with?? Race header?? Manifold and decat together?? Just a manifold??

Did you ever go ahead with this man I think iv either got a hole in mine or the gaskets flip but there's not a lot of room tucked behind there ..

Removing the old exhaust manifold took me about 20 minutes, it's not hard at all and easily do-able with axle stands and basic tools
Installing a new manifold depends. If it's standard or just a race header then that's also a 20 minute job. If it's a full length 4-2-1 or 4-1 then it's an absolute arse. I ended up with subframe loosened, cam covers off, engine lowered.. and swore LOTS
